honeynut

Adorable, serving size mini butternut with dark tan skin and great sweet flavor. Simply cut in half and bake! Delectable squash is smaller than Ponca with more uniform butternut shape.


hubbard

Bumpy skin ranging anywhere from a dark bronze-green to pale bluish-green to a light golden or orange in color. Inside this winter variety's seriously tough skin is a tender, golden yellow, fine grained, rather dry and mealy, dense flesh that offers a rich flavor. Hubbard squash can weigh anywhere from five to fifteen pounds and are most often marketed in cut pieces..


kabocha mini

These miniature fruited Kabocha type squash have an orange-red color and their small size allows them to also be used for fall tabletop decorations. The fruit average about 1 lb. in weight and are produced on full vines. They have good flavor, dry flesh and good texture.


mini hubbard

Dark orange fruit average 2 1/2 lbs./1 kg. Excellent taste and texture.


pie pumpkin

This beautiful pumpkin was introduced by Johnson & Stokes in 1893. Lovely 6-lb golden fruits have white netting and are perfect for pies. In fact, this is one of the best tasting pie pumpkins you can grow; with very sweet and smooth flesh.


Spaghetti

This excellent OP strain's flesh has the best noodle-like consistency in our trials. Skin is ivory, changing to pale yellow at maturity. Bake like squash or boil and fork out the flesh, topping the "spaghetti" with your favorite sauce. 3-5 lb. oblong fruit. .


Sweet dumpling

One of the sweetest; 1lb fruits that have white skin with stripes. The sweet, tender, orange flesh makes this variety the favorite of many.
